Been trying for hours to get it to work now.
Still have the same problem, same as lasarka, with just frozen images.

I think the problem of the frozen frames is due to the frame distance and/or the size of the .flv

Try to change the format or the kbps in order to reduce the flv size and then keep the frame distance 1-3. Watch out the file size, because I noticed short frame distance equals bigger files. I'm playing with that, try to find the perfect combination while surfing webcam videos trying to find something useful to make a better vcw.

Captaincock87, can you please tell us a good combo of kbps/flv size/key fram distance?

I've been trying several videos, but I keep getting the "frozen frame" issue. Besides, the segments don't run smooth at all.

I'm working with a key frame distance 1/2 (depends) and trying to keep the flv size as low as possible (10-14Mb). To do that, sometimes I need to reduce the kbps from 120 to 90 (depends too). The result is a fluid flv but when I load it in the vcw, as soon as it loads, I get the "frozen frame".

Finally I made it work. Couldn't tell you how... because I kept repeating the steps in the tutorial over and over again. And suddenly it worked!

I managed to make my first vcw but sadly my girl had no wave... and turns out it is the standar protocol now in CR or something, as every girl keep nexting me as soon I can't wave.

So I'm here with another request: Anyone has videos of webcam girls waving, flashing, masturbating, etc... son I can try to make another vcw?

I just started mucking about with your program. It seems like it could be a really handy tool. I have one feature request (if it's already possible, please enlighten me).

I would like to be able to set the video playback window to 320x240 and have it remain at that fixed size even when I resize the browser. Setting the playback window to the same native resolution as the video files we are using will eliminate the jaggies caused by having an arbitrarily sized window and should provide the smoothest possible playback.

I've found that if I set my chrome browser window to a size of 550x474 that the video playback window is 320x240. So, that's working for me.

Thanks for sharing your EasyVCW tool. Using it, I have created a virtual cam whore from a video originally posted by Solemn. I edited his video to include a few extras that are not in the original video such as: just a teaser bra flash to entice the girls, two different waves, and extended boob reveal and tit play.


I used her for the first time this weekend and she was a great success for me. You can find the file posted under the virtual cam whore thread.

To get the 30 day demo, I had to download a full 4.5GB adobe suite and choose to install only media encoder. It's a short demo, but none of the other video encoders that do flash (on the Mac) will allow me to set key frames to 1 or 2 like the EasyVCW requires. Videos encoded with something other than media encoder did play in EasyVCW, but were very stuttery.

That's a long way to say, I think you just have to bite the bullet and go for the mega-huge download if you want to use that software.

I tried messing with frames per second in other encoders but it would just freeze after first frame in VCW.

Guess I'll have to download the suite.

I reported my problem in VCW thread but it seems the problem is related to EasyVCW file, not the actual VCW's. So here it is:

All the swf's i've found on this board were played in external flash player and they worked fine. But when i try to launch the EasyVCW.swf it displays errors:

Error #1014: Couldnt find class IFormatResolver.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable VCWPlayer_74 was not defined.
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable ScrollPane_disabledSkin was not defined.
...

and so on, and so on. There is plenty of them.

I uninstalled and reinstalled every flash-related application I was aware of (Flash Player, Shockwave player, Flash player ActiveX) but nothing helped.

The files aren't working when I drag them into the browser windows too. Neither IE nor FF, chrome. Not working in IrfanView, not working in Media Player Classic.

Still, the old VCW's (all of them were single .swf files) are working.

So, any help from any of you?

Hi, You can open EasyVCW in flash player instead of a web browser to ensure the vid is sized correctly. I see you've made some vcws, impressive work man. Keep it up!

Create a new folder. It should contain:
1) EasyVCW.swf
2) the video file (in flv format)
3) the VCW file you created (typically named default.vcw)

then try again.
