Concurence:
Many more fakes->hunters at Chatroulette. However, Omegle doesn't ban you so there are alot of dicks at Omegle.

Practical aspect:
Omegle has captcha, Chatroulette doesn't (recently the captcha appears rarely, much less frequently than in the past). Omegle requires 3 clicks to get a new session started, Chatroulette only 1. But Omegle implemented the escape button usage, you can replace the clicking (to next) with ESC on your keyboard, so I'd say it's about the same as Chatroulette with single click. Omegle works faster than Chatroulette, you get assigned to a new partner faster. Omegle has "user typing" feature, can be advantage or disadvantage - you can't write the text beforehand if you are using a video (or you can, you can open a notepad file next to your browser and then just paste the text from it) but you can see if your "victim" is synchronized with the "user typing" text as well. Sometimes this gets bugged so the text "user typing" is there all the time. Chatroulette doesn't have this feature so you can type your text beforehand.

Technical aspect:
Chatroulette has ban and kick functions for nudity and "swear words", Omegle doesn't have it which means your session won't get interrupted at Omegle (minus browser crash or human error). Omegle has users online counter, Chatroulette doesn't. So you can calculate your odds to get a good session at Omegle. Omegle has fixed 320x240 pixels resolution, Chatroulette has flexible to a much higher possible resolution.

Girl/Guy Ratio:
Omegle: 1 girl to every 6-7 guys/fakes (my average in about an hour)
CR: 1 girl to every 7-8 guys/fakes (my average in about an hour)

Conclusion:
They both have their advantages, but they are practically equal, use which ever you want. Recomendation: if you are having a good fake video - high resolution, high fps, and you are experienced with it/or you are using a sign - hunt at Chatroulette, otherwise hunt at Omegle, especially if you are showing your own dick.

Well Lulek nothing much to add to this line up..... its very complete and I say accurate!

Omegle is indeed saver to stay on, but has the low resolution and the many many dicks.
Chatroulette is much better resolution and now a days much more real people... which makes the hunting nicer. I try to hunt them now on chatroulette and try to get them to msn before the nude part so I don't get banned.... That way I also keep the good resolution for recording.

For those hunters using more than one single session, Chatroulette is much better.
Depending on ur screen, there can be more than 10 session at the same time and with omegle it's quite complicated with two sessions at the same time.

Good read and comparison. I think CR offers slightly better luck, I dunno. Maybe due to less cocks, more chicks seem to go there. I usually go to Omegle if I only have a limited time to hunt as it pairs you up with people really quite quickly. I like how you can hover a left finger over the Escape button leaving the other hand free to type of use your video.

I would say if you have some local chat for your country, you might have more luck there as it is not "infected" with all the hunters. I saw people using chat hopper, bazoocam and chatpig as well, and some other local French and German chatroulette versions.

It is annoying but I seem to become used to it as it doesn't bother me as much anymore. Note, you don't have get everything right when you enter the Captcha text. You can ignore numbers, punctuation, foreign letters and symbols, and it's not case sensitive. I think someone mentioned that you only have to get 50% of the letters correct. So don't spend a lot of time trying to get it exactly right. Don't worry if you type a "c" when it's an "e" or "l" when it's an "i". So long as you are close it will let you through.

I didn't realize it wasn't case sensitive.....knowing that will be a great time saver! Contrary to what Lulek was saying though, I'm seeing the whole captcha thing more now than when I first started using it......But thanks for letting me know about the non-case sensitive aspect ;)

lmao! I was wondering if it was Omegle's way of weeding out fake cams - unlike CR who'll ban you, I was thinking that possibly Omegles increases the number of captchas to piss the user off enough that they'll leave an go to CR or another similar site

I do think it is basically some count of how many people you connect to (although it's not a fixed number). So if you rapid fire through connections it will seem like you're getting it a lot. How Gethijsem81 has gone two weeks without a captcha is beyond me. He must be living a charmed life.

cr can be very frustrating when you get disconnected because someone uses a 'wrong' word. Many people don't even know. About a month ago, i was talking to a couple who wanted to 'get it on' with my video when we got disconnected. A while later i encountered them again and the same thing happened. I realized THEY were using 'wrong' words.
The captha on omegle is annoying too, but at least you wont get kicked.
